You look like your on the right track, but still need to learn some basics. i suggest getting some books and studying up on drawing techniques. Some books like "How to draw the Marvel way." are really great references, also some fundamental books about drawing the human anatomy are good tools to have. Keep drawing and learning. Have fun with it too!
